These Terms of Service apply when you visit the SphereBytes website, contact SBIT about its training programs, or interact with features operated by SBIT, including its Instagram comment-management tools. 1. About SBIT

2. Website and course information
We try to keep website content accurate and current, but course descriptions, schedules, duration, fees, offers, availability, and other information may change. The details applicable to an enrolment are those confirmed by SBIT through its authorised communication or enrolment process. Do not rely on an automated social-media response as final confirmation of commercial or admission terms.
3. Enquiries and admissions
Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message, commenting on Instagram, or receiving a reply does not by itself create an enrolment or guarantee acceptance. Admission, payment, batch allocation, discounts, and certificates remain subject to SBIT's applicable requirements and confirmation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or communication channels, interfere with their operation, submit unlawful or deceptive material, attempt unauthorised access, or post content that violates another person's rights. You are responsible for the information you choose to submit. Avoid publishing sensitive personal information in public comments.
5. Instagram and automated communications
SBIT may use Meta's Instagram API to receive and organise comments on its professional Instagram account and, when the relevant functions are configured and enabled, prepare or send replies. Automated replies may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. They are subject to Meta's platform rules, permissions, technical availability, and SBIT's configuration. A saved reply draft is not a sent message.
Your use of Instagram is also subject to Instagram's and Meta's own terms and policies. SBIT does not control Instagram's availability or platform decisions.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, SBIT's website text, branding, graphics, and course materials are owned by SBIT or used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit them without prior permission, except where applicable law allows it.
7. Third-party services and links
The website and communication features may link to or rely on third-party services such as Meta platforms, WhatsApp, hosting providers, or AI services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. SBIT is not responsible for third-party services beyond its reasonable control.
